Here in my kitchen in Provence, you can see that french food is not my only concentration.  My goal is to learn and create new french dishes, while also eating healthy and getting as many vitamins and nutrients as possible into our diets. Mostly that just means that I have a lot of variety in my cooking rotation.  Rarely do I make the same thing twice.
